Omg I ran across an ad on trulia for a nice house. The low rent kind of made me suspect, maybe it is haunted. The ad says to call or text this (302) 468-6317. Something told me to google it. I don't know why but I'm glad I listened to my intuition. Also, I texted the number and received a response back from another number (832) 350-8836. I never texted them again. After seeing this convinced these are rental scammers.
What is rule #1 when it comes to wire transfers? (Western Union, MoneyGram, MoneyPak, Green Dot, etc.) NEVER send money to someone you do not personally know. NEVER! You never buy a dog you cannot see - you never rent a house you have not seen, and checked all information on the internet. Your house could be a Quickie Mart in the Bronx, or one that is up for foreclosure. Due Diligence. Glad you weren't scammed.
