no message, no valid caller ID, I called back and get a recorded message saying the number is not in service, but sounds like a bogus recording not the phone company

calls my cellphone and says I need to renew my car warranty

wasting my minutes and my time

I think someone needs a time out.

Same recorded info about a car warranty when I picked up earlier today.
Caller ID thru Vonage just says Wilmington DE.

Now they called for the 3rd time and left a msg.
PITA!

The Company is Auto Solutions (www.auto-soultions.com) and they market extended warranties for a variety of vehicles. The owners email (Peter Haidt) is [email protected] and I am writing him to tell him how frustrated I am with his solicitations and their inability to stop calling me.

This company calls me daily (Mon thru Fri) on my cell phone and my home phone.
They need to be stopped.  This continuous harassment should not be allowed.  Asking them to stop calling has no affect.  How do we go about getting them prosecuted or something similar to stop this crap?
