You need to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission complaint department online. I've gotten half a dozen of these calls, all the same lines read by some moron who can't speak English.
Received call had to play it several time to understand it, but it was just like everyone else said.
But it upset my mom, she can't be getting upset like that. The guy did have an accent.
