Robo call begins with, "This is not a solicitation call" and continues to offer to lower credit card interest rate. The female recorded voice is the same as other similar calls from other (spoofed) numbers. This is obviously phishing scam. They now hang up when I get through the queue to a live person, so they must have my number flagged because I've strung them along. Apparently they don't know how to delete it from their robo list, so I'll keep playing with them.
