Who called from 3027471928

This number has been calling everyday for a week or so. I don't answer it because I don't know anyone from that number. They never leave a message.

I asked him who was calling and he asked me why does she need permission to come to the phone? I said you know what you b#&CH this is her don't call again. This is the 10th time they have called me in two days. Ugh

OMG, she keeps calling me too. She laugh and after hang up when I asked her why she keeping calling me over and over.

I was called by this number too !! I did not answer but I decline the call and it keeps on calling  !! How to block a call that  I dont want from my Android phone?
