Who called from 3027890284

These people called my cell phone 3 times today. I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a voicemail.

I am getting these calls all the time

I keep getting calls from this number also.  No messages.  Annoying as hell!

I got a call but no one was one it. i called the # back and they have a greeting stating 'if you do not wish to get anymore calls, dial 1'. i did and hope it works!

I live on East Coast US and my phone number is registered in do not call db.

I have no idea who they are, they do not leave a message, and I do not want to answer because it would list me as a live number.
