It's a company trying to get you to change your energy company. Verizon sucks, they only let you block 5 numbers for 90 days but hell no they won't let you root your phone to make it easier to get rid of these [***] calls.
I called the # right back & got a recording saying "if you don't any more prmotional calls press 1 now..........wait 72 hrs. to take effect......We'll see
