Jav, they are required by law to send you proof of the debt (and their right to collect it!) IN WRITING. By mail -- not fax, email, etc. Until they do that you should ignore them (read the posts above yours). I received a call from Brianna with NAM LLC from 302-803-5531. She called on my cell, home and work number leaving threatening messages and even gave me a court doc md1290894 with no other information. How can I stop these calls, I tried to research that document with the local courts with no success?
