just got a phone call from this number, it is a scam. If you press 1 they will forward your call to a call center with very rude customer service reps, I asked to be removed from their database (which since I asked they must comply to it, its law) and the csr said he would, and then hung up on me. Did not give me his name, nor his company id number.
This number just called me- it is a version of phone calls from "do you want lower interest rates" only it starts out with the statement that "we are going to close out your credit card account". Don't they know that it's illegal to make robocalls?
