Yes I too got a call from the free trail processing company saying that if I don't call them they will serve papers on me also I live in the state of Wisconsin the city of Madison and just following up checking to see if this is a scam or not feeling that it could be I'll just block the numbers and will not reply
Sounds fraudulent. I called back to be put on a do not call list from them. I asked who they were and they would only say "processing and summons division". They refused to tell me for what county or state or the name of their organization.If the the courts needed to contact someone I doubt it would be in this fashion.
I just received a phone call from this number 302-861-5036 along with a reference number for me call back. How can you issue someone a summons in which I have no ideal who you are??? The automated says they confirm I received this message anybody can pick up the phone so how is that??? You can't do that!!! Very unprofessional & tacky... Ugh
This number keeps calling claiming to be a summons for court on cases brought against me. Last week it was a different number saying I had to the end of the day to turn myself in or settle a debt or a warrant was going to be issued for my arrest. This is a FDCPA VIOLATION !!! I suggest anyone being harrased by these [***] file charges against them. Start with the phone company and report harrasement then use phone records to notify the FBI FDCPA Division etc......
We are receiving the same call but they are going through my husband and my contacts it seems. They have even called my mother in reguards to criminal charges for my husband. They don't give us any information on the "charges" or where they are calling from either. When you look up this number there is no listing and it is located with a Delaware zip!!
Calls threatening that charges for "fraudulent activity " have been associated with my name and social security number. Says charges will be filed and I should talk to someone in their office to settle
