any chance any of yall who got this weird recent wave of calls have anything to do with or are close to anyone who have been recent activists?? just an idea......i received one
I just got a call from this number as well... the caller ID shows it's from Newark, DE. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message, and when I tried to call it back, it said something about the number is not alligated or something like that... I'm also on the do not call list. I'd like to blame facebook because it randomly posts my cell number to my profile, but my profile is locked to friends only, AND I was getting telemarketers years ago... with my last phone number, I thought it was possible that someone else had my number before me that had signed up for something online... but nah, I'm starting to think now that the phone companies themselves are selling our phone numbers because it was happening before I ever went online with a phone and this is now the 3rd or 4th cell number that keeps getting calls from random spanish speaking telemarketers (I assume they want to sell me something, I don't speak spanish so I have no idea what they're saying other than it's automated).
