Who called from 3028618989

Just got a call from this number on my cell. I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.

Prerecorded message, a woman's voice speaking Spanish.  I don't know the language so i don't know what she was saying.

Got a call and thought it was my fiancé. He's in the army so he could call from any random number. So I answered and it was a recording of a lady speaking Spanish. I just hung up on it mid sentence. WTF?

I don't answer unknown numbers but this number just called me 3 times in a row and left no voicemail. I went online to see if I could find it and came here.

just got a call from this number. didn't answer. didn't leave a message. annoying.
