Who called from 3028618989

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone.  If you call the number back, there is a message that says the number is "not allocated"?  So what, its just a phantom number?

I got a call from them yesterday I answered and the recording was speaking spanish. I hung up and I was called again at 1 am. i didn't answer.

Spanish speaking recording, and it called my 'business' number so you know it's a scam searching for suckeers.

no message - return call number is Unallocated -- Not in Service

I got the call everyone is refering to. I didn't say anything except hello.  Obviously a scammer phish chump.  If they call me back, I'm going after 'em.
