Who called from 3028618989

This is a number from China..apparently a large scam going on where you will get a missed call and when youvcall back you will be charged huge rates!! Try not calling back.

Got a call from this number, don't Answer numbers I don't know.

I called back and an automated message just says "The number you have dialed is unallocated".

same thing i got

in california got a missed call from this number with no message.  I got the same message when I called it back.
