Who called from 3028618989

I am on the do not call list and received an annoying call from this number.  In fact have received several call from this number. I do not pick up as I do not know who this is.

I received a call and a computer voice asked me to press 1 to answer and press 2 to send a text response. No other requests.

Called my AT&T cell and left no message. I did have T Mobile 4 years ago and kept my # and ported my contacts. There does seem to be a link with T Mobile and not by state from reading these posts.

I answered the call and got a automated spanish message

i m in bay area CA ..just now me and my wife got call from tis number..when i picked there was automated msg in spanish for half sec. then hang up...something weird going on.
