I'm from Texas. I've been getting calls from this number roughly once a month for a while now.
Maybe we gave out our numbers to the same place? I think I started to receive calls after giving my number out to a few scholarship-finding/college-related sites.
I too have a T-mobile number that I ported to a different carrier (Sprint). If you have an Android phone, I urge you to download the Mr. Number app and set this number in your blocklist. Your phone won't even ring when the number calls again!
