Who called from 3028924113

Person keeps calling and not talking... Called one night, got my wife and asked for me. When she replied I was unavailable they hung up. Have tried calling and phone keeps ringing, goes busy, or someone picks up then hangs up. Who is this and why am I getting this call.

I called Verizon, the number belongs to Wilmington City Firefighters Fund Solicitation.  They advised me to call the Attorney General's office

Every evening for weeks I have received a call from this number.  It rings three times and they hang up and do not leave a message.  Caller ID states it's DE POL BEN.

I am getting calls from this number constantly and I am tired of it!!!!!

88 year old mother recieved call from this number, identified themself as Delaware State Police, what jerks!!
