ALL RIGHT! Just received my first robo-call from the "Department of the United States Treasury" warning me of imminent legal action if I did not call their phone number immediately. Did of course - fun!
Called them back and got a heavily accented person who claimed to be Alan Green at the US Treasury, who hung up when I pushed for their "Treasury ID Number". Called back and got Officer Mike Smith (also heavily accented) who demanded that I give my name before I called [***] - and then he hung up. 3rd call was picked up and then hung up, and 4th call was never picked up.
I hate these people who can't play well at their own games.
