Same turds have been using 515-528-7966/69/59/62 and many others - all get promptly sent to the TelecoToilet for flushing to the sewer the calling turds crawled out of...

Any call with CID "Unavailable", “Consmer DBT RLF",“Customer SVCS", "Consumer SVCS", "Wireless Caller" Etc. is 99.9% likely to be a scumbag - DO NOT Pick-UP and engage the turds - it only confirms the number has possible suckers on the end and it gets circulated as part of the universal scammers phone list...
Need a class action suite suing the telecoms for failure to police their stinking networks and thereby being part of the fraud that is being attempted and too often succeeding on their customers. If the telecoms were not already buying the politicos that block the laws that would make this a reality you'd see the telecoms develop solutions to stop this sort of crap in a heartbeat... The Telecoms make money off the scum bags AND the defrauded and couldn't care less as shown by the way they DO NOTHING !!!
The DNC isn't a call blocker and can not protect you from the illegal callers, extortion scammers, foreign country's and frauds. Criminals do not obey laws simply said. They use spoofed numbers which make it hard to track them down.. it takes time to do this and many subpoenas for call records.
Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards. Some states have different laws in regards to the calls, which can differ from the federal but as far as I know, Oregon is the only one that does not allow Charity calls.
Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or less. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

To simplify the whole matter, if you are still concerned, many hours after posting, CONSIDER not answering , or responding to the scammers calls, and they will slow down and cease.
been calling me for a few days...just picked up and it was a lady claiming to be an opinion survey company. had my address and asked me if it was correct...when i confirmed it she quickly hung up
