Anytime your Caller ID reads "XXXXXX" for the city - you know it's a scam/hacker calling!  DO NOT waste your time!  If you can...pick up the receiver and quickly hang up!  Do not say a word.  Just pick up and hang up!  Then - if you can - block the number from calling again.  These idiots are smart enough to manipulate the Caller ID but they're too stupid to fake the city!!!  Geez...what dummies.  Please do NOT waste your time!  They're scammers and they want to bother you into giving up some personal info!  Do NOT fall for it!!!  If you do...it's YOUR fault!!!
