Anytime your Caller ID reads "XXXXXX" for the city - you know it's a scam/hacker calling! DO NOT waste your time! If you can...pick up the receiver and quickly hang up! Do not say a word. Just pick up and hang up! Then - if you can - block the number from calling again. These idiots are smart enough to manipulate the Caller ID but they're too stupid to fake the city!!! Geez...what dummies. Please do NOT waste your time! They're scammers and they want to bother you into giving up some personal info! Do NOT fall for it!!! If you do...it's YOUR fault!!!
Called at 11:30am on 5/27 - I didn't answer as I was at work, no message left - blocked the number from calling again based on the information I found here - there are so many scams out there now you just never know who is calling or what......
Looks like yet another spoofed number. I hadn't seen this one before. I have some friends with this area code, but I don't have their numbers entered in the phone I was using. So I was able to search this number, find that it was scammers before it had rung 5 times. Sweet!!
