someone from this number has been calling and asking for an employee who no longer works here. They say we are lying and continuely call back. We are the Clerk's office for our county and when advised that legal action would be taken against them, they are still as rude and persistent as ever. I am waiting on a call back from the Colorado District Attorney. Hopefully, they will be able to track down who is calling and put an end to this. One of the local attorneys suggested involving the FBI since the threats could be interpreted as TERRORIST THREATS since we are in the courthouse!
One minute this number calls and says that they are a state trooper then the next time they call they are an attorney.They call my house two to three times a day and every time the same person has a different occupation.They even knew my social, date of birth, and address.
Received call from "officer Anthony Montoya" naming me as guarantor for a friend who supposedly took out an online loan... no papers were signed, by myself or the alleged borrower... Frank Jordan claims he is the supervisor of Anthony Montoya... will not release their address, fax paperwork or offer any other information. I can't seem to track down this law firm and truthfully... he doesn't sound smart enough to graduate from high school, much less law school
called my cell phone and got my voicemail and left a message saying he was a fraud collector and he has my bank account and address and will proceed but i need to call him back for more information. very strong indian accent. was reading a script and keep repeating himself
They have gotten my phone number and husband number. They called saying that he is under investigation. They call everyday and trying to be rude. The also have our personal information and now we are going to have to get our information changed. This is rediculous, whomever this is will get caught.
