Called @ 1:45pm central time. Left long message as before, looking for Brandi Clark. They have been calling for approx 3 years, monthy. I don't answer anymore. I have said the Pledge of Allegiance very loud many times in the past. Learn Aribic and give it back to them.
I just received a call from these people and when I told them that the person no longer lived here, they called me a "[***] [***]" and hung up. I then called back and told them i was a lawyer and if the harassment did not cease immediately, I would have to follow up with the sheriffs department and file suit. They promised I wouldn't receive any more phone calls. Just threaten legal action, and you are good to go (even if its not true)...good luck :)

We are the Clerk's office for our county and when advised that legal action would be taken against them, they are still as rude and persistent as ever. I am waiting on a call back from the Colorado District Attorney. Hopefully, they will be able to track down who is calling and put an end to this. One of the local attorneys suggested involving the FBI since the threats could be interpreted as TERRORIST THREATS since we are in the courthouse!

I receive calls from these people 3-5 times a day and they are ridiculous its always I'm Officer Smith with the fraud department and they are telling me that I took out a thousand dollar loan from an online loan provider which I never received and my bank has also verified that I never received a loan of any sort from anyone and have no unusual activity on my account. I have told "Officer Smith" this many times but to no avail, I'm going to go the police next and see what they can do if anything. This harassment has got to stop I've got random people from India calling me and threatening me like I'm some sort of dead-beat who's a second class citizen. To top it all off earlier today I received a phone call AT WORK from these people and it was outrageous they called pretending to be the police again which by the way is a gigantic felony and told me that they were trying to help me by consolidating my debt. I continued to adamantly deny receiving any type of loan and they began threatening me with legal action against my social security number. They've been threatening and harassing me for almost two months and constantly telling me to get an attorney, but today they went to far.
