I have received several calls from 304-059-4744. I answer and noone there. If I don't answer no message is left.
Our phone number is on the Do Not Call List, has been.
Calling about health care for seniors. Automated call. 3-5X/day. Annoying, I am on the dnc list. I use my phone for work for recruiting, so it's annoying to have these idiots calling with automated messages repeatedly. I have them marked as a sales pitch so I can reject the call now, but how long before they change their number???
I too am getting these annoying phone calls. Have not yet answered when they call. My number has been registered for a long time with Do Not Call and a few months ago I filed it again.
You say they are calling about Senior Health Care? Must be one of the new scams we are hearing about as a result of the confusion about Obamacare.
For months I was getting a ton of calls about "There is no problem with your credit but hit one for a lower credit rating". Several times I reported theses credit card scammers to the DNC but the scammers would just change their phone number and call again. I haven't gotten a call about the credit card scam for a while. However, I am now getting calls from this 304-059-4744 number. Guess the low-lifes have switched from credit card scams to healthcare scams.
The exchange of 059 with an WV area code is really odd - unless it is brand new, this exchange doesn't exist in West Virginia (area code 304).
Once your number is in their auto system, there is nothing to do to stop them from calling. Perhaps if your phone/phone service offers call blocking then you can block the calls (my cell phone does not and I'm not paying extra to get the service through my provider).
We started getting the calls a few days ago..One call a day so far.. this 059 is weird..I blocked this number
today ...when we answered nobody there and they don't leave a msg ...
