Another illegal scammer trying to get your credit card # under the scam of lowering your interest rates... still being able to make these calls apparently by bribing gov officials since it is obviously against the law to commit credit card fraud and spoof your telephone number, as well as harass the living hell out of people.... yet, they continue to do so on a daily basis!
