Who called from 3044018985

Called my cell. Left no voice mail. If calls again without leaving voice mail then blocking.

304 401-8985 called, did not answer, left no message.  Unsolicited.  How does a person block a number from coming in?

i go to my account and add it to the blocked # list

304-401-8985 called and was told not to call anymore but keeps calling with no message.
When we returned the call there is no ringing or response.
