Who called from 3044018985

I just received a call from this number I didn't pick up we all need to report them to the FCC and hopefully stop them. I have blocked them. I have received several calls recently from other numbers too. Was anyone else a victim of the Target issue last year? My hunch is that this is part of that. ??

Called me 11 times in a row and I didn't answer. Definetly a scam!

just called my phone, I answered and said hello twice, then they hung up.
