This number has called me numerous times. When I answer, no response. I tried calling back, but the call has a message no one is available to take my call. Instead of the FCC, one might file a complaint with the FTC.

Try filing a complaint with the federal FCC.gov who may direct you to the FTC.gov federal government site. IF ENOUGH PEOPLE FILE COMPLAINTS, WE MAY BE ABLE TO STOP THIS JERK FROM MAKING THESE ANNOYING CALLS~!
