TOTAL SCAM!!! They told me they were from my Domain Name Server and that all my computers were compromised. I asked who they represented and just kept repeating the same answer. The woman became very offended that I was not taking my security seriously. When I told them I do to use a desk or laptop;she accused me of not caring for others who use my Wi-Fi. Then they wanted me to sign in to their website to ADD ALL my personal information so they could confirm that I wasn't the one they were trying to help.
These people are very aggressive with their sales pitch/scam, but won't give up there websites name until you agree and give them personal information over the phone to "verify when you sign in to the website"
