I received this call today. I did not answer because I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize. I did try to call back but it said the number was disconnected. My husband draws SSA and they have office in Virgina but I do not know anyone there besides that and I believe the SSA would have left a message.
Please help keep these people off our phones. If you cannot reverse call someone back to see who the company is, they have no right calling me.

the person / company calling using FAKE caller ID # to call outbound.

I get a call about 1X / month for the past 6 months. The msg claims they represent my credit card company. I verified this is not the case. Twice I have accepted the option to speak to a rep. As soon as I ask "Who do you represent?", they know I do not want to do business with them, so they immediately hang up! Purely a fraudulent operation.
yep, just got a call from that # too and will be adding to my blocked list also as I also don't know anyone from there or shouldn't have anyone calling me for collection or anything either.
