Who called from 3047826290

who called me from 3047826290 and why

Received a call from this number.  When call was returned, automated voice stated this was a voice mail box.

Political survey for WV governor. Not sure who they want you to support as I hung up as soon
As I realized what this was all about. Caller ID says: Salem, WV

Tired of being bothered by robo-callers! I am on the "Do Not Call List" or registry. Not sure what it's for if not to stop this sort of call.

I have had 3 telemarketer or survey calls today. I either want to pull my hair out or the phone out of the dang wall!!!! 

Evidently, they called before I got home left no msg, I just saw number on list of callers.
