Got a call from this number today. The name listed was "V53116025100012". I called the number back & received the message that the number had been disconnected or was no longer in service. Go figure...
I don't answer unknown calls. This number called me twice today. I have had lots of "spam" e-mails and telemarketing calls since Chase Bank's security was breeched. It is a pain. I am very careful who I give my number to. However, I work for a large comapany with lots of extension phones and I the only way that I have to know that it my be my employer calling is to look at the area code. Unknown out-of-state calls do not get ansered by me.
My husband has received several calls in the past few days. I have answered and and I have tried to get info but they say it's about an on-line survey and that they cannot talk to anyone but him. I offered his work number and they refused that. Since I have read comments on this website, I will warn him not to speak to them as he may give up info unwittingly.
This number showed on my caller ID and then I tried to call it back but it said number not working... this has happend several times.... Glad I didn't answer......
