The caller stated that he was calling from Microsoft about an issue with my computer. I've heard this one before so I just firmly told him there was nothing wrong with my computer and hung up.
I had my fun with this one. The person said they were from Microsoft and my computer was sending them error messages and they will help me fix it. I put on my old woman voice and said oh no, what am I going to do. He said he would help and to go to my computer. I told him I was an old woman and it would take me awhile to get to it in the basement. He said he would hold on - and so he did. For 15 minutes. At that point I hung up and he phoned right back. I told him I looked for my computer but couldn't find it. Someone must have taken it. (Still in my old woman mode). I thought I knew where it was it it is gone. Boy, did he slam the phone down on me, at that point.
This number calls numerous times saying they're calling from St. Albert Alberta and have gotten warnings about my windows computer. When I said I didn't have a windows computer he hung up on me. Another time he insisted I stop laughing at him immediately and to come to him so he could receive oral sex.

The usual. Some East Indian accented dude (named Jack) called me and said he was from Microsoft Support Group. He said my computer has been sending messages on the internet suggesting that it was full of viruses and he was going to put his East Indian technical person named Kevis (interesting name) on to help me fix my computer FOR FREE! Kevis wanted me to enter (in the run command) eventvwr (which of course I did). Then we poked around there a while. Finally, we went into Administrative Views when he asked me what I saw. I told him nothing (yes, I did lie). Actually saw the usual warnings and errors. I guess he was a little freaked, because we jumped into the bit where I enter in run command Supremofree.com (you know, where I download an app and let him control my 'puter). I put up a fuss saying no, I wanted to finish the eventvwr stuff before I downloaded anything. That must have freaked him out because he then put his East Indian accented Manager named Mark on. I told Mark that I had seen no evidence of viruses and he was nice and took me back to eventvwr and Administrative view. This time I admitted I saw the Errors and Warnings. He said there's your proof. These are warning signs telling us your computer is infected. I was getting tired and had other things to do so I said no those are the normal crap you see when you invoke Administrative services. I must have offended him because he hung up on me.
Same #, Hindi/Pakistani accent, tried to tell me -without identifying themselves- that my computer was sending incorrect licensing info... chewed him out for working for a scammer, threatened to call RCMP on him if further calls rec'd.
