Who called from 3053569999

I believe this number is either associated with Ebay or Paypal verifying your phone number.  It's as if they call and hang up just to see if the number is valid.

This company, whoever they are, called late at night more than several times. I don't know what to do about this, but it's scary and annoying.

Received a call from this number at 10:30am.  Answering machine picked up, there was a noise, and they quickly hung up.

If I don't recognized the # I pull out the phone cord and don't wait to hear the annoying rings and hang up.
