There are nests of "cardholder services" operating out of downtown Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Apopka Florida. You can find their job ads placed sporadically on Craigslist, and other Orlando job wanted sites. The boiler-room ads will typically read something like;
“L.I. (Lower Interest) fronters“ = “live operator, or card service representative“.
“L.I. qualifiers and closers, L.I. Rooms, L.I. Reps, L.I.F.A (financial advisor)”.
Lately, they have been hiding the "L.I." in the ad itself instead of the ad header.

Just got a call from 305-368-8490 at 1003AM. Caller ID said FLORIDA. Recorded female voice wanted to lower my CC interest rates. I filed a complaint with the FTC.
Yesterday, I got a call from a very similar number except it was 305-368-8489. It looks like these scammers have a block of numbers to use so,they can avoid call blockers.
If everyone who gets a scam call from this number files a complaint, the FTC may actually do something to stop them. This particular scam wanting to,lower CC interest rates has been going on a long time.
