There are nests of "cardholder services" operating out of downtown Orlando, Altamonte Springs, Apopka Florida. You can find their job ads placed sporadically on Craigslist, and other Orlando job wanted sites. The boiler-room ads will typically read something like;
“L.I. (Lower Interest) fronters“ = “live operator, or card service representative“.
“L.I. qualifiers and closers, L.I. Rooms, L.I. Reps, L.I.F.A (financial advisor)”.
Lately, they have been hiding the "L.I." in the ad itself instead of the ad header.

YES! This 'cell ' of card service scammers use 305- 368 numbers almost exclusively. To avoid being bothered by these degenerates, blocking of the ENTIRE 305 area code will solve most of the problem.
No message left but they distracted me from important work. I keep a log of our unwanted calls and in a few months' we have been called using at least 11 different numbers using (305) 368 numbers. My work sometimes involves calls from 305 so it is not too practical to block the area code completely although I am still considering it.
Besides sending these lowlifes to the gas chamber after allowing all of their victims to individually torture them, I fantasize about having a list, like the DNC, that alerts telemarketers to numbers of consumers who will absolutely not pick up on unknown callers and will also never, ever give money to or make any agreement with anyone who calls them. Calling increasing numbers of us is a waste of time, although unfortunately they will persist as long as there are gullible people who fall for their scams.
