I just recvied this call ( my second scam call of the day) coming from this number with a woman's voice on it claiming to lower my credit card rates on Visa to 6%, and to speak to an operator by pressing nione. I presed nine, and asked the operator if he ahd heard of the Do Not Call List. There was a long pause of silence. Then the youg man, who sounded effeminate, asked me how old I was, to which I answered "old enough to be your mother, sonny boy." There was laughter, and I exchanged verbal epithets and barbs, concluding with the fact that i was going to report him to the FTC. I just filled out the Do Not Call List report. This call cannot be legitimate from any credit card company. My company never calls me at home; and, besides, the rate offered was the same rate i am already paying and not any kind of bargain.
