Just got a call from this number. I picked up and said hello twice then a woman came on and said "Hola do you speak spanish?" I told her no and she said Ok than hung up
they called me an offered me lower rates when calling cell phones from other countries. They wanted to get my debit/credit card number and they also asked for 38 dollars to sign up. it sounds like a scam to me.
I speak spanish too. I overheard my husband talking to someone and since I work for a phone company, I asked him to give me the phone to talk to the lady. unfortunately these people want your information to charge your credit/debit card. and clone your phone. to your surprise, you get all these charges on your phone bill. I told the lady that no credible phone service makes calls after 8pm and she hung up.
