This guy called saying he is Officer Woody with a legal firm. Gave me a number to call him back on which is 305-434-4075 but the number came on on caller ID as 052-439-799.
Can anyone put an end to this garbage?
I just receieved a message from this number at work. They say they are calling regarding a lawsuit against me. The man has a thick accent and can barely be understood. He claims to be the Senior Officer of a financial crimes division. I am reporting the number to my local police department as this is not the first time I have received such calls.
the caller has an indian accent he saids he is officer joseph woody but has an indian of sort accent calling i have a lawsuit going to lose my house sometimes threating me on my house phone leaves a message so that i can call back i know it is a scam from the beginning- Now he is harrassing me by leaving a message on my job. and my cell phone. i am getting tired of this person. also number 650-304-3191

Rcvd a call from a Robin Smith advising that he was a officer and that he was going to sue me if I didn't pay back a loan. I have no idea what he is talking about so I hung up. Then he called my job right back and said if you hang up on my face again I will have an officer come arrest you right now.
Had the guy call with a very heavy accent and tell me my sister had filed a fraudulent activity legal lawsuit against me. Then he called my sister at work and told her that my wife had filed a legal lawsuit against her for 998.00. He did have her DL and DOB as he read them to her. I have called the Florida State Attorney to hopefully get something done.
