This guy called saying he is Officer Woody with a legal firm. Gave me a number to call him back on which is 305-434-4075 but the number came on on caller ID as 052-439-799.
Can anyone put an end to this garbage?

I have been getting calls for a year now. And was brought to tears today. They told me that I would be put behind bars if I didnt resolve the matter. I have spoken with I believe is the same person changing their name numerous times. They say there is a lawsuit, and then also called my friend and told her that she was on the lawsuit to. I was also told that if I didnt pay today that I was going to be prosecuted tomorrow morning and so would my friend. Then he went on to say that something very bad would happen to me. THen he finanly said that the police will come and arrest both of us at our place of work. It really annoyed me. Then I realized that he had my old banking info, my drivers license, my social and my address and thats what scared me the most. I have filed a police report twice, and spoken with Missouri's district attourney general. The police officer said she heard a case very similar and laughed when I said they were going to come take us away and put us behind bars. Because its freaking illegal!!!!! Stop these people they deserve to be behind bars. They have nothing better to do than to harass people.
These people called my phone they were going to sue me. Over something i didn't even use. Something needs to be done about these phone calls. Interrupting peoples already busy life with someone trying to get over on someone.
I received a call from a man with a thick accent stating he was with the US Deprtment of Finacial Crimes . He identifiedhimself as Senior officer Joseph Woody. He stated I had received some pay dyloan from an iinternet site. he went on to say I hadn't paid it back and there was a law suit pending with the Federal Government. I immediately hung up and told him I had no Idea what he was talkng about. I called my Federal Government Local office and reported this matter. the Man used 305-434-4075. I also called the Florida State Attorney Generals office. In an attempt to get something done about this.
Back in March 2010 I was contacted by an Officer Joseph Woody regarding a payday loan that was done in November of 2009. Around that time I did get a loan and was paying on it but lost my job so had to stop payments until I found work so I thought the loan company turned my account over to collections and that that was what Officer Woody was contacting me about.
He was extremely rude and demanding money and saying that if I didn't pay that he would send my case to court and have a warrant put out for my arrest. Obviously I was scared so I sent the money. He wanted me to send at least $100 every two weeks either via Western Union or via my bank account but I informed him that I couldn't afford that much because I had just started working again and that I wasn't going to give out my bank account information. A week later he called me and asked me to fax him my debit card number to show proof that I was using my own card to make the payments.
In all I sent three payments. 2 for $65 and 1 for $75. When he contacted me on my recent payday I advised him that I wasn't going to be able to pay he simple said"That's fine. I'm about to send an officer to come pick you up" and hung up.
When I tried to call back the number that he contacted me from(3057484717) gives just a busy signal the the number that he gave me to contact him on(3054344075)has been disconnected.Help?
