I have filed a complaint with the FCC at donotcall.gov but only after I received yet another call from these pricks. I told them I wanted removed, just as they hung up on me.
Just got a call from 305-441-5947 (caller ID showed Florida Call) telling me my factory car warranty was about to expire and to press one to speak to an agent. I asked the agent which car they were calling about. She asked which car had the soon to expire warranty to which I replied, "you tell me, you called" And then can you believe it, she hung up, "b***h". Oh well, I guess they didnt want to scam me out of money.
I talk to a girl and gave her some BS about how illogically it was to get their service because I was buying a new car in two years. She got frustrated with me and hung up.
Bravo for you!!!!!! Challenge these bttheads........but it is time for some of us to make complaints to the gov about this. AT the donotcall.gov site there are complaint forms. They called my house today. I didn't answer. But every no and then I get a little testy. Go along with them, give them so bogus information and while you are at it, ask for their companys name, address and how long they have been in business. This gives you info to put on your complaint form to the gov. Even if they have lied to you which will make their penalties even worse. I've noticed the calls have really ramped up since Jan 1st this year. And if you agree to their crap and give them bogus info, they think they've made a deal and they go away. weird
THIS COMPANY CALLS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY FROM SEVERAL DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS. IT IS A PRE-RECORDED MESSAGE ABOUT MY VEHICLES WARRANTY IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE. WHEN YOU TRY TO TELL THEM YOUR NOT INTERESTED THEY HANG UP ON YOU AND CALL BACK SEVERAL TIMES THE NEXT DAY.
