They can't be shut down. Callers are located in India and Pakistan. They spoof local numbers. Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

IRS Robo scam...this oen had an officers name and was threatening me with court action and arrest for fraud unless I called back. The IRS doesn't work this way. They don't robo call.

And no Hugh isn't my real name but anyways....it takes about 1.5 brain cells to figure out this is a scam....but....you all should do like I do,ya see its Friday nite,I've got a ton of beer and it's way to hot to be outside so....I've been calling them back over and over just playing with them,,,oh no I don't want to go to jail how do I stop this?.....then the fun part of asking what part of the midle east they came from and how they like merica? Then what's your favorite food here in the states.....oh ya my wife is looking for our credit card...so how do you like the weather here?....belive it or nit I had one of them on the phone for over a hr befor he started to get ....well...."pissy" as he calls it,figured this morons ride was coming to a end so I explained to him that atleast after tieing up his line for over a hr I have enjoyed 4 beers and have prevented him from ripping someone else off! After another beer I'll be calling back,just need a new name and have used up all the good ones.lol. just incase you read this to this point and are confused .....it's a scam!
