http://Targetcontest.com is definitely a scam, but I have good reason to believe it is run by the DHS to read the data and get the ISP locations on computers and devices of those who oppose its New World Order agenda. If you live in the U.S. you now have no rights, Google NDAA and learn for yourself.

I used a public computer to go to the website http://Targetcontest.com to check it out and I found that it begins with a five minute timer that requires you to wait for the countdown and then nothing happens but in that time it may have already downloaded the information from your computer. In my case the public library computer, congratulations DHS, enjoy the reading, ha ha ha.  The site does violate Targets brand name and that of Best Buy also as you will find a similar ploy using the Best Buy name.  What entity but the Federal Government could get away with this for so long?
