they are calling me every day! today he told me someones coming to arrest me! for what i said, im a registered nurse who has never had loans in default, or any kind of trouble in my life! how can we report them?
DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR MONEY. My advice is have fun with it. I told them my father was an attorney and put them on the phone with him. We had a great time listening to them scramble around trying to explain what exactly they were suing me for. Hilarious. They wanted me to pay them $930 via a card from Walmart. These a**holes should be thrown in jail.
This is an absolute scam. I called them back after they called my brother who is on active duty in Afghanistan. They would not identify themselves. Only claimed to be a law office I asked the name of the Attorney in the Office and the person got aggressive and hung up on my three times.

I wonder can something be dont like a shutdown... Because that can put ppl lives at risk especially parents or anyone struggling... That can give people heart attacks any maybe this should be a warning to the new for all the innocent people
Talled me at my job telling my boss I owed money and then they told me the same story as angrymom. When I asked for proof in writing he got nasty with me so I hung uo on him. I am going to press charges against these ppl. And your right it is scary that they have my number, Social #, etc. some please let me know if they want to do a group lawsuit bc this is not right.
