This "company" is very persistent on collecting money from those who owe them nothing. They have now called my place of business. I'm notifiying the police today, and contacting my lawyer.
I jsut got 4 calls from this number; telling me I would be "picked up by the authorities" for bank fraud. That I took out a loan and they wired the my to my bank and when they went to withdraw the money it was not there. They gave me a name of Bates and Bates Legal.
how do i stop these calls. this man with this heavy accent has called me several times. today he called my cell and my place of employment. he says to call him "the second you receive this call" and "good luck to you if you ignore this". i have reported this to ic3.gov and put alerts on my credit report and banking institutions. i dont owe any payday loans! im nervous about them saying they will come to my job! this is embarrassing and ridiculous!
