Who called from 3055155003

This number has called 57 times (yes, 57) since Dec. 21, 2015. When I answer, the caller hangs up. When my husband answers, a recording starts about Obama Care. When he presses the number to connect to a live agent, the call disconnects. This number has called us from 8:00 in the morning until 11:00 at night. FCC won't do anything about it when we've reported it.

getting 5 calls per hour from them, they wont stop

Same as CJ lots of calls but they just hang up. Sounds like a recording but can't do anything. And it calls about every hour!
