There was no phone call.  A charge on my credit card showed up from FILE KEEPER SERVER with the phone number    305 517 7854.  In the memo section f the credit card statement it describes the charge as "computer network information services" for the company located in Florida with zip code 33178.  I've never heard of this company; never done business with this company.  I also had a charge from a HEALTH EMPORIUM company with phone number 315 355 3731 and this is a fraud scam, also as confirmed by Visa

Card Cancelled and new one on the way. Watch your statements closely.

I recommend also filing reports with the FTC & CFPB..

had an unauthorized charge from File Keeper Server with this phone number.  Never heard of them before.

C C Keeper $111.95 with phone number 772-249-1099 within a day of charge from Health Emporium for $100.95 phone 315-355-3731. Both scam charges. No calls, just credit card charges.
