This isn't s loophole..it's a LAW!!! My car loan was through Ford Motor Credit...that IS a bank/finance company...and of course it is based on my credit report.. are you out of your mind making that type of ridiculous comment???  That's a rhetorical (look it up)question. Plus they are trying to collect on a debt that was years ago and uncollectable...that is why collectors like you get so upset and try to insult people on these sites.  You are only making yourself sound like an idiot. BTW  Where did you learn how to spell?!?  And consumers have the right to know and share information concerning FDCPA.  I will not pay a 10 year old debt..
