Hi ... just got a call about an hour ago from a Middle Eastern person I couldn't even understand. Said his name was Daniel Thomas and my husband was a criminal and they were going to go to his company and arrest him and his manager. Said if he didn't call them, that he would be in alot of trouble. Alot of background noise (loud!) and said he was calling from "the law firm." That tips you to the scam right there!
I did and they said they were a lw firm and i needed to call them back but when i do they hang up on me or just dont answer.. Are they legal or a fraud company?
I was called by this number by a foreign man who was very hard to understand. Middle Eastern dialect. He knew the last 4 digits of my social security number and was claiming to be a member of Baker and McKenzie Law Firm. He said his name was Daniel Bush. He said I am being sued and a warrant will be out for my arrest tomorrow morning.
Jackson Thomas his supposed name , yeah right and my name is Madonna the ArchBishop of Canterbury!
So I guess I am being sued and going to jail tomorrow LOL YEAH any law firm would hire some screaming banshee to call from a cell phone to tell me he is going to arrest me... Umm maybe the law works that way in Bangladesh but here a Judge issues a warrant and no one warns you before they come to get you....
SO if this numskull calls you have no fear ... I am going to call him at 3AM and make fun of him.
