I received a call from this number and they said that my name and ss number was under investigation for a unpaid payday loans and I was going to be arrested and then they said that they were able to work out a deal and I had 48 hour's to pay$321.00 or they were going to pursue a warrant for my arrest
Have an unpaid payday loan is not a crime and you cannot be arrested for it. Only judges issue warrants and they are only used in criminal cases and only issued to duly constituted officers of hte law and are only served by duly constituted officers of the law. Debt collectors have no influence on the criminal justice system. Period. This is just an attempt to scare you into paying them something. Ignore them and block their calls.
Call my number and said that my social security number is attached. I haven't applied for any loans.Also he hesitated and he didn't leave his name. So much fraud is going on.
I just received a call from this number and was told that i would be arrested for check fraud for unpaid payday loan from 2013. Never had a loan and the person could not produce a bill or outstanding balance of any kind. This has scam written all over it. If you cant tell me how much i owe and think that you can threaten me then you cant be for real.
